S.T.E.M. Focus on Family Science at the Children’s Museum

On Saturday, March 28, 2015, from 1:00 – 3:30 pm, elementary student teachers from Central Michigan University, along with their professor, Dr. Jim McDonald, will lead fun, engaging, hands-on activities where families can explore basic science concepts. Parents and children will work together using easy, inexpensive familiar materials to explore some of the ways science plays a role in daily life. The activities are included with regular paid admission, free for MMCM members, and recommended for students in grades 3 to 5. Refreshments will be served. Seating is limited, so please RSVP on or before Wednesday, March 25, 2015.
