Adults Can Play at the Children’s Museum

Adults can play like kids at the Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum’s 6th Annual Arts from the Heart premier event on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at the Museum in Saginaw.  From 6 to 9 in the evening, guests can play free gallery games with a chance to win a private night at the Children’s Museum for their family and friends. Scrumptious hor d’oeuvres and adult beverages are included in the $50 ticket.  Visit the cupcake bar or choose an ice cream shot for a sweet dessert!

The Robert Lee Revue will provide jazzy mood music while guests bid on a variety of silent auction items including: spa, ski and golf packages, a bounce house party, restaurant gift certificates, fitness classes, arts and entertainment tickets, custom jewelry, autographed sports and music memorabilia, handmade hats and cozy scarves. Four specialty raffles will feature an iPad, a Lagos bracelet donated by Prestige Jewelry, a private painting party hosted by nationally known artist Susie McColgan and the always popular Cellar of Wine.

Special guests Lou E. Loon and Nate the Great will provide the perfect photo op for updating your Facebook page!  Guests can measure just how much fun they are having in the new Solar Spot energy stop!  Art Lewis and Jim Biggins will be on hand to lead the festivities using our new public address system.

View a complete list of sponsors and auction items and purchase tickets at the MMCM website www.michildrensmuseum.com.  Tickets will also be sold at the door the night of the event.

Thanks to generous Art from the Heart corporate, business and individual sponsors for supporting the Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum and the programs that maintain interactive, educational experiences for Great Lakes Bay Region children.
